After more than a year of online conferencing, the organising committee is very pleased to invite you to a hybrid GeoMod2021. We will largely return to the proven concept of physical interactions and lively discussions amongst scientists, though with some minor modifications. As the vaccination program in the Netherlands and many other countries gains pace, we are hopeful that the tightest restrictions for gatherings of people will be lifted. However, we do not foresee a complete abandonment of all Covid-19 restrictions by September 19. To stay as flexible as possible and accommodate everybody’s wishes GeoMod2021 will be organized as a hybrid on-site/on-line meeting! Creating a safe conference environment most likely requires adhering to the 1.5m distancing rule and restricting physical contact by single person or household use of all available rooms. This limits the number of on-site participants to 90 people, who will be admitted on a “first come, first serve” basis. Therefore: SECURE YOUR ON-SITE PARTICIPATION BY REGISTERING NOW!!!
